One of the things people all over the world enjoy is sport. Some like to practice sport, other just to watch sport. But, it is certain, that all of them enjoy his passion. Most people are big fans of king of all sports, football. People watch football matches and live with every breath all moments. So, they collect all kinds of stuff about heir favorite sport: caps, t-shorts with the name and number of their favorite player, ball with signatures, tiles with the picture of the preferred athlete. Some others enjoy baseball. This is one of the most famous and preferred sports in the USA. So, the Americans prefer collecting baseball tiles. Kids collect those tiles even nowadays, as sport is very much encouraged to be practices in the US. Another sport where collectors are always on to find new things to collect is hokey’ lovers collect photos of their favorites during the match, hockey sticks, skates and so on. Also in golf, people collect things from their favorite: golf balls, golf clubs, t-shorts, caps and so on.
In all sports there are great collectors of things representative for the sport. To prove this, and as a tribute to an athlete or a sport, special museums for collecting sport things were made in many parts of the world. Those museums host sport things that belonged to an athlete, and pictures of players, t-shorts., medals, and cups of victory of the team the museum is made for. They are of a great interest for the passionate. People like remembering the good old days by seeing the past through the eyes of present remaining. But there are things that are not exposed in museums. They belong to private collections, to big collectors, and are valuable, both emotionally and financially. These are rarely seen by public, but still, a treasure of the sport they belong.
